Charm City Screen Print

We ordered t-shirts with full-color screenprint from Charm City for a conference we held in Baltimore. We were SUPER pleased with the results. In past years we have had our t-shirts done with a sublimation technique instead of screen printing. I didn't realize what we were missing until we experienced the quality of Charm City's screen printing process. We will be using Charm City Screen Print again next year even though we won't be holding the conference in Baltimore... they're that good!

Outstanding service and customer support. The process was smooth even through several iterations. So, I called Charm City Screen print for an order after my tshirt company had a printer issue and had to refund my $$. I told them I had a very tight lead time and I needed three different shirt styles and one style had printing on the back and the front. They gave me an estimate the next day and had the shirts back to me for approval very quickly. A few weeks later and about three weeks before my deadline my shirts were ready!!!!!! I received fair pricing; excellent customer service and my shirts look excellent! Charm City Screen print exceeded my expectations with this order and experience. I would highly recommend them!!!

Lemme tell you these guys were a dream to work with! Stephanie was very communicative and made the process of placing my order very smooth. Nick was super accommodating of my pickup delays and overall very pleasant as far as payment went as well. Quality was really something I was looking for and Charm City Screen Print does NOT disappoint when it comes to that. My shirts had clean, even ink and had no issues with any design discrepancies from digital to physical. Truly impressed by their work. The actual business itself was super cool with sick graphic tees around the shop along with retro arcade games and seems like a fun place to work!
