I wouldn’t trust them with my equipment. They’re too arrogant and can’t just admit when they don’t know something or don’t have it. I bought a Brother CM350 off eBay, but the seller refunded me because they didn’t include any accessories and didn’t know anything about the machine. When I called Brother customer service, they told me they no longer provide activation cards but recommended I contact authorized distributors to see if they had software activation codes. I finally got a call back, and the woman told me my machine doesn’t need a software code and that “the Cricut has no WiFi.” First of all, I don’t know who told her I had a Cricut—I have a Brother. I hung up because of her attitude. She said, “I don’t work for Cricut,” but if you’re an authorized dealer, you should at least know the difference between the machines you’re dealing with. If she hadn’t been so rude, I might have caught her mistake earlier. I know I never mentioned a circuit model number to them. When I originally called, someone said she’d pass my number on to someone who “knows more about Cricuts and stuff.” So maybe they’re not actually Brother-authorized, even though Brother’s website listed them.

From the first call to this sewing center I knew I had chosen the right place. They were knowledgeable and courteous on the phone. I drove 2 hours each way with a very large machine in tow for an extremely overdue tuneup. I just loved the store, wish it were closer, and all staff in there were so kind and knew their products first hand. After I had it home for a bit I had a small issue and the technician was kind enough to talk me thru it on the phone and it resolved itself when I fixed MY mistake. The art of servicing sewing/embroidery machines is few and far between. This is your go-to place and well worth the drive.

Amazing and knowledgeable and helpful. I have an old White sewing machine that needed new wiring and Tony helped me out so much. He explained everything to me in great detail and when I got home it worked out perfectly. I had to call back because the motor plug wires were frayed and he told me how to rewire it. Amazing! I have never been to a place like this before that offered so much help and gave me so perfect instructions. This is my go to place now and I am going to recommend it to all my friends. Thank you so much Tony.

I hope a lot of people see this! I have been a customer of this fine company for many years and would probably be planted on their doorstep if I didn't live so far away. I would never go anyplace else for service on my machines or purchase another from any place else. Gene and Tony are so knowledgeable about their fine products and bend over backwards to help people find and care for just the right machine for their needs. They really value their customers and that is rare today. I just can't say enough about how much I appreciate them.
