I wanted a jacket pretty quickly for a conference, and Watson's was able to get it done for me, fast! Plus, I trusted them to decide the jacket for me and they choose is the warmest flight jacket I could have ever imagined. My companies embroidered logo on it looks unbelievable and I am so happy with how everything turned out! I highly recommend Watson's for any of your Detroit swag and embroidery needs.

Good work but there customer service is terrible my first time doing business the lady cussed me out for asking simple questions, but I still continued business. For work shirts for my whole business forever, the 2nd time I came back she’s being all rude off simple questions. The guy there is amazing, just the girl he has working the phone and dealing with customers is the worse experience I ever dealt with. She’s very rude, distasteful and communication is the worse. Would. Not recommend just off her alone. Also my first time getting an order of 10 shirts they didn’t rip off the paper on 4 shirts in the inside! Which I thought was extremely unprofessional, I told her abt it she basically called me a lie, I’m like Mrs I’m not in this industry I don’t know the process of making the shirts. They don’t treat there customers like there appreciated! Hate to knock a black owned company Sorry just being honest

Ordered an extremely large quantity of shirts (all different ages and sizes). They were able to accommodate with no problem. The shirts were of good quality and the printing hasnt lifted yet. Very, very pleased with my experience with them and at their prices, I CERTAINLY will be back. They were very helpful and accommodating.
