Experience with these guys was absolutely horrible. Had many delays with my order which is fine but there was absolutely no communication unless I called and texted constantly to get a hold of someone. When I went to finally pick up my order I was told to take my stuff and go. A person hangout out in the back threatened me and got in my face because I referred to another employee as his boss I was asked to wait outside for the rest of my order because the other guy forgot 2 of my hats that I purchased. P.s their machine put a whole in 3 of my 30 hats and I was given to refund for the destroyed items.

Just left Popular Embroidery and they really took care of me. I was doing some last minute planning for my Birthday and they hooked me all the way up. The customer service was on point and I left the establishment confident in my order. I was a little scared at first cause I didn't know exactly what I wanted. But I wasn't rushed and they showed me patience and respect and I really appreciate it. Thank you y'all. I will be back!!!

I had a highly specialized single item I needed personalized and these folks were literally the ONLY ones in the city willing to work with me on it. They sent a picture of the finished item to me before pick up and I sadly was not 100% happy with it, and they continued to work with me until we got it exactly right. It is hard to say how much I appreciated their dedication, patience, and flexibility. I would absolutely recommend these guys for your custom needs!

Top notch work. This is the third embroiderer in the area that we tried and we will continue working with this one. The turned our order around quickly (4 days for ~30 garments) and the quality of work is great. We had variations of our company logo done according to a style guide we gave them. They nailed it.
