When we decided to purchase clothing for our lawn care business, I knew immediately that we would go to Deb & Dukes. We love supporting small businesses and they have been around a long time. The staff was great to work with. Scott communicated with us through out the entire process and the items were done sooner than expected. They came out great. I am excited to wear my business attire out in public. Thank you for the great work and customer service!

I have placed two business orders with Deb and Duke’s and both times there were mistakes. The first order was printed wrong on all of the items. Instead of offering to replace the items I was offered a discount on my next order. I agreed because the items were still usable. On my second order they gave me 10% off and stated that was going above and beyond to make up for the past mistake. On this second order the items came in screen printed wrong again. They also embroidered one item with the wrong color and another item was crooked. There were also items missing from the order that we were charged for. We were given a small credit and refunded for the missing items. There was nothing else offered to make up for the entire order being wrong yet again. I expect more for customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. EDIT/UPDATE: After dealing directly with the owner the items were brought back and corrected within a week.

Extremely terrible experience here. Our company ordered some merchandise here but we had massive problems with it. For starters, the staff misunderstood our order instructions and printed 5x more than we wanted (specifically, my employee called back after the original order was taken and flippantly said “oh I forgot, please add 10 more teeshirts to our order” … but they used that to then print 10 more of EVERY sku in the order instead of just the one requested). The staff didn’t explain this on the phone or give a revised price total after the request was made. This caused our order to be $2,500 HIGHER without a word of warning. It wasn’t until our employee arrived to pick up the order that we were presented with a $3,200 bill when we budgeted and expected a $600 order. To add insult to injury, half of our order was wrong!! Almost all the sizes were incorrect. We ordered smalls and mediums but got larges and extra larges. And the quality of the product was terrible! The colors didn’t match the original designs we provided AND (without any apology or explanation) they changed our request without approval and printed the design not directly on the cloth (as all previous orders at this company were done) but with some sort of horrible sticker. This causes wearing all the shirts to be sticky and makes you feel gross. All in all, the QC was terrible, the customer service here was awful, and despite multiple attempts to get a refund or speak to the owner about the issue we were shut down at every turn. We will never ever do business with this company again. Stay away.
