Advanced Embroidery

Picked up an order placed online. Very quick and efficient process carried out by friendly and helpful staff.

Have to say, I’m very disappointed. I had gone in the store a couple of weeks ago to see if they had anything in stock I could get embroidered for my daughter, which they did not. I was told if I bring something in they would do it for me. There was a sign written in bold letters right at the front desk which read, “Any orders received after November 22 will not have guaranteed holiday delivery, “ and “after November 22” was underlined. I purchased the items I wanted to have embroidered and made sure I dropped them off well before the deadline. On November 18 I was told they would not have it done in time. When I pointed out the sign and told them I was came in previously and was also told to have it in by that date, the gentleman behind the desk just put his hand up and was like “oh, well.” I’m sure it’s because they are busy, and my order was such a small one, but that just simply bad business.

Sometimes the largest and most popular businesses aren't the best, but that isn't the case with Advanced Embroidery. They have clearly earned their place as the Cape's largest embroidery specialist, and for good reason. I was very pleased with the overall look of my design, and everyone that has seen it has been very impressed and complimentary. I would recommend them to anyone interested in embroidered designs for their business.

I belong to several organizations and we love advertising on our clothes. Advanced Embroidery has done has done five different items for one of my clubs (heavy winter coat, medium weight coat, lightweight coat, windbreaker and rain cover) Their work is always top quality - even if you logo is complicated. I was actually surprised how inexpensive they are. Sometimes you have to wait a bit. Depends on their workload but usually the turnaround is pretty quick.
