First time in the store. I came into the store asking if they do sewing machine repairs and tune up. Which they do. So impressed by the amount of items that is in stock and the quality.

Not very happy with this shop. Took our embroidery machine in to get it fixed and she had it for two months, charged us 200 dollars all for nothing to be done. We took it to a shop down in Madison Heights only for them to say that we were lied to because the machine wasn't serviced, cleaned and the issue was still present. They also did not keep us updated and did not answer our calls when we wanted to know what was going on. Please be aware of this shop. Do your research and go elsewhere is my advice to you.

I dropped off my Machine 1/8/21 for a full service clean. I finally called 4/19/21 to be told by the owner that he thought his employee called me and it's been done for weeks. Then when I picked it up the same day he bad mouthed the employee saying this employee has been messing up all kinds of things. As the owner he is ultimately responsible for what goes on in his store. I don't need a big runaround story. It's unprofessional and I won't be back. In addition the service is overpriced.

I couldn’t have higher praise for this business; I went here as a last resort with my grandmas broken sewing machine. I had already went to two other repair shops, they took an absorbent amount of time and couldn’t repair my machine. I walked into this shop 10 minutes before close and the owner immediately started taking the machine apart(which I was not expecting). Within 5 minutes he was able to fix my machine that everyone else said “needed a part they couldn’t get”, so needless to say I’m pretty impressed. Oh and the cherry on top is that they charged me less than the company’s that couldn’t even fix my machine!
