Super helpful and friendly staff. Large selection. Really nice to have a cute local shop to actually come in and look and feel the fabric you're buying!

Sew Trendy MN offers an impressive and extensive selection of fabrics, making it a potential haven for those seeking variety. However, navigating the tightly packed space within the store proved to be a challenge, detracting from the overall shopping experience. The layout felt congested, making it difficult to comfortably browse the wide range of products. Additionally, the storefront itself caused some confusion during our visit. Google Maps directed us to a door bearing the store's name, which was locked. After walking along the mall’s walkway, we discovered the actual store in a different section—a detail that could benefit from either clearer signage or an update in Google Maps. The employee working at the time was polite but had to rely on texting someone for a price check on unmarked items, which added to the sense of disorganization. From what we observed, the store seems better suited to fulfilling online orders rather than in-person shopping, as it was difficult to get a general sense of the layout. While the store has great potential, refining its in-person shopping experience would make it much more enjoyable.

Unless you want your fabric to include dog hair, I wouldn’t recommend this store. Employee (or owner?) is more concerned about the 2 dogs chasing out potential customers and getting them back inside the shop than apologizing or trying to get you to stay and shop.

Not really a shopping store- very crowed and skinny aisles. Hard to see merchandise. The owner just talked about her online shows- if that is what she wants to do and sell that way it should be listed on the google business site. I felt rushed and overwhelmed in the space and not very welcomed. I won’t be going back. Plenty of other quilt shops around.

For the 3rd time in 4 months the store is closed despite listed hours. Yesterday takes the cake: go to their door about 3:20 pm and they are locked. As I look around the window trying to find posted hours, a saleswoman comes to the door and says "we're closing due to the storm". Anyone who lives in Minnesota knows it did not start to snow until late evening. That is the last time i will ever go to this store, not following their internet posted hours is extremely unprofessional - especially when they are so consistently closed.
