If Unprofessional was a business. Despite having discussed the design via text less than an hour prior, they had me drive an hour and a half to inform me that their machine was down, and my son was without a shirt for his graduation party. The store opened at 10. They texted me at 11:45 asking about the design and I texted back I was on my way. The shirt was suppose to be done by 12. I got there at 12:45 and was told give them 15 minutes. After about an half an hour I was told that their machine went down. My son's party started at 2. I complained and the owner said he apologized. For which part wasting my time, my gas, the frustration, or being the reason my son did not have a shirt to match the theme of his graduation party and he was late.

Love coming here!! The quality of the photos displayed on the clothes is amazing. Usually Super speedy with their process. The last time I went there was a little bit of waiting time (picked up in evening instead of afternoon) and they threw in some free sweats!!! Iām so so so happy coming here. Wonderful customer service, amazing staff.
