Be aware when dealing with this company. What began as an inquiry for what I thought would be a simple project (embroidered keychains) turned into one of the most mis-managed endeavours I've experienced. Poor communication stretched my timeline from the beginning. E-mails fluctuated from prompt to non-existent, and often didn't answer everything that I asked for. I chalked that up to a sole-ownership business and I understood my smaller project might not be the top priority. But it got so much worse after I paid. After clearly stating my timeline, Ease Embroidery said there would be no problem meeting the deadline. They sent an invoice for a deposit which I paid immediately on the same day. I was then -completely ghosted-. Zero communication. I reached out 3 separate times over the next 2 months of the project's timeline. It wasn't until the day AFTER my deadline passed, that I received an e-mail. Ease Embroidery mentioned personal and family issues being the excuse, acknowledged we missed my deadline, and then asked if I'd like to proceed with the project. Since my deadline had been completely missed, I opted to cancel the entire order and I asked for the refund of my deposit. I was ghosted, again. Zero response. I wrote 3 separate e-mails over the next two weeks asking for my refund, which were ignored. At this point, over six weeks later, I have yet to hear from the business. I ended up having to go through my credit card company to get my refund back. I would advise to seek your business elsewhere.

I recently reached out to Kate on a whim about an embroidery idea I had for my wedding dress, but since it was very last minute I didn’t get my hopes up. I was thrilled that she contacted me back right away and within a couple days I was at her shop picking up the finished product, just in time for my wedding the following day. She was great at communicating throughout the process, offered a quick turn around time, and is very skilled at her craft. I can’t recommend Kate enough!

We ordered hats for our small business and couldn't be happier! They're a hot item in our shop and we were thrilled to work with a fellow small, local business. Very professional! We'll be using Ease Embroidery for all our embroidered products

Kate is so kind and just lovely. Her work is very precise, she does quality embroidery, but really sets her apart is her consideration and thoughtfulness. I was in a tight time pinch and she helped me get several pieces together with a quick, quality turnaround and saved the day! 10/10 recommend and can't wait to use her services again. Love her location as well.
