Very knowledgeable staff has helped me with any questions about any project I'm working on. My machine was repaired in a timely manner and works like new again! The selection of machines is incredible and they always have exactly what I need, if they don't, they are more than happy to get it for me. My next machine will definitely be from this store! Highly recommended for all of your crafting needs!!!

If you are getting your machine serviced, I highly recommend you go somewhere else. I took my machine in 5 weeks ago for repair. The told me right away that they would have to order the broken part and it takes a week or two. After two weeks, I followed up. They said they didn’t have the part yet. I followed up the third week. Now they said the part was in back order and that’s why it’s taken so long. I should have done more at that point but I trusted this shop. After FIVE WEEKS I decided to pick up my sewing machine. It literally was collecting dust while not being fixed. The guy I spoke to was arrogant enough to say “Well, if you don’t find the broken part, you can always bring it back. Good luck.” -Yeah, no thanks. Now that I know what piece needed to be repaired, I went to Juki’s website, ordered both pieces (NOT on back order) and they will be arriving next week. I am pretty irritated at the lack of responsibility. They didn’t follow up. They didn’t even try and look for the broken parts. Part of this was on me, because I trusted them to fix my machine. But after doing 5 minutes of research, and a few quick emails- I found what I needed. What a disappointment. I thought this store came highly recommended. I guess not.

Jackie and Eric of Sew Jersey are not only extremely knowledgeable but the genuine enthusiasm they have is incredibly inspiring. I purchased my brother embroidery machine here and have had my other machines serviced here as well. I could not recommend them more highly!!

My wife's Pfaff Sewing Machine needed service, which other stores or repair services seemingly couldn't commit to. Based on a recommendation from a local fabric store, we went to Sew Jersey. We dropped the unit off in Hanover and just over a week later it was serviced and adjusted. Now it runs like new. My wife is very happy. The cost was very reasonable and the folks we worked with were great. Highly recommended.

The family that runs this store is absolutely enchanting. You can tell they love what the do and strive to make your shopping experience delightful. I might not have made a purchase if they hadn't been so friendly. As for the store itself... it was very nice. They carry good quality fabrics, tools, patterns. If I'm in the area again, I'll be sure to go here again.
