Unlike the other reviewers I did not have a positive experience the two times I went to the store to attempt to purchase a pack of bobbins. The first time the power and or internet was out so purchases could not be made. They had no back up system to complete transactions. Fine. I understand that. Today I went back to buy that simple pack of bobbins and I was required to provide my name and demographic information to make a purchase. I declined stating I was only needing the bobbins and did not want anything else nor did I want to provide my personal information. I was not buying wine or weed or firearms. Just a simple pack of bobbins. Nope. They did not know how to or want to override that portion to 'ring' me out so I left with nothing. I will make my purchases online through Singer.com. This is unfortunate as I would have preferred to use my money to support small local businesses.

This shop has warm and friendly staff who are very knowledgeable about quilting. They also have a great selection of new and gently used sewing machines.

What a great little shop for all your Pfaff needs and more! I have worked with Amy for the last couple of my machine purchases. I stopped in yesterday just to learn about the new Performance Icon...before I knew Nicole had me SOLD! She was amazing, no pressure but so very knowledgeable and patient. Will be a regular, even though I live an hour away!
