Omega Framing & Embroidery

I came to Omega Framing & Embroidery with a simple request: to have my logo embroidered. Unfortunately, the final result was far from what I expected. The quality of the embroidery was noticeably poor and did not resemble my original logo at all (see attached photo Omega created embroidery has jagged edges, filled in spaces and crooked 4). When I voiced my concerns, both the owner and staff insisted it "looked fine" and showed little interest in resolving the issue. I left feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of accountability and customer care. I was hoping for a more professional experience, but sadly, I cannot recommend this business based on my encounter.

I came to Mohamed with a tall order, to memorialize and honor the man who invented the MRI, the late Dr. Raymond Damaidian. Mohamed the owner of Omega framing, did such an amazing job and in a very timely manner! And he kept me updated on his progress. The attention to detail was great I will forever bring my framing needs to Omega!! Thank you Mohamed!!

This place does fine work, and prices are great. A young lady named Salma helped me place my order. I sent her the artwork and within a few weeks she produced over 50 uniforms custom to my business and personalized. She truly nailed the job! My staff was beyond excited to start wearing the new gear and have not had anyone complain about the size or style. I give this company 10 stars if it was an option. All the big hospitals and medical center use them as well so I felt confident even before i placed my order. If you are looking for custom embroidery or perhaps screen printing and looking to get a great deal with quality work, look no further, this is the best embroidery in New York hands down.

Great job! When Tavares left the Islanders & I had a few options. Throw away my Jersey, Trade it for bagels, or make it better than it's ever been... EmbroidMe did a phenomenal job with this & a few other marketing items I needed when I moved my office. Highly recommended
