We get our shirts embroidered here and they do a great job . Highly recommend them

I have had work shirts embroidered here on several occasions, I recently purchased an adorable custom Grinch shirt, and I had another custom item completed on short notice. I have been beyond happy with the items I have embroidered here!

Brought groomsmen gifts to be embroidered, the owner stated it would not be a problem. I asked if she had an issue, to please call me before proceeding. 3 weeks go by and I return to pick up the leather bags I had embroidered and the letters are not straight, one bag has been embroidered, unstitched and re-embroidered. Where they took the stitches out, the leather ripped. When I told them I wasn't happy and wanted to be reimbursed for the bag and refunded for the embroidery, the employee and owner both got very rude with me saying "that's just how leather is, I can't control the quality of the leather." They were very rude and very unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I am so upset. I had to wait almost 3 weeks for them to put a little 3 inch monogram on my purse, and not only did it take sooooo long, they ruined my purse (and didn't even ask for a refund or anything!!) I am all about small businesses, but this place I will not ever come back. This is my 2nd item embroidered there and they both came out with defects. The first order I did not complain and just dealt with it. But this one!???!!!.... I am baffled. They had the audacity to embroider half of my monogram onto the purse. Yes, the top half of my monogram wasn't even on the purse but instead went over the flap to the other side of my purse! Leaving the other half of my monogram on the front of my purse. Who in their right minds would even walk around with only the bottom half of their monogram???!!!!! And tell me why no one thought to STOP STITCHING when they realized the monogram wasn't fully embroidered on the purse!!???!!!!!! They didn't even call to tell me what they did and expected me to be ok with my now ugly-ruined purse. I am so disappointed and disgusted with this place. They did not even apologize or offered to pay for their mess. They even told me they couldn't redo it because they didn't want to risk messing up the purse- as if they didn't already! I am beyond angry and sad. I loved shopping at this store but will never go back again. Their customer service clearly sucks.

Valinda does amazing work. I love, love, LOVE Bambi and my mother was unable to find Bambi anything, anywhere. She heard about Embroidery Heaven and decided to go by and see if they had any patterns. They didn't. But Valinda cared enough to actually purchase them in order to allow my mother to get the the gifts that she wanted me to have for my baby. And now, I can go by there and have Bambi embroidered on anything I want! Highly recommend.
