Quality work paired with exceptional customer service. I commissioned CAPS for a custom ball cap embroidery project. Not only were they willing to work with me on my design, but they were responsive and communicated regularly with updates on how the project was progressing. I feel that I had a complex design, but the finished product captured exactly what I envisioned. I am definitely planning to employ their services again in the future.

Grandbaby was already a day late and I knew it was going to be cold in the waiting room. I wanted to gift something to his other Mamaw and attempted to handstitch this phrase on a blanket. After several failed attempts I contacted CAPS first thing Monday morning. They were SO cooperative. They whipped it right up and it was beautiful! AND the blanket was used the next day while we waited for our precious, healthy grandson! THANK YOU for helping me get this completed in time.

If I could give this place 50 stars I would. I had a piece for my recent Cosplay get damaged so I needed a quick replacement and Cliff was MORE than willing to help get the piece done and turned around in time for the event. Professional, courteous and all-around great embroiderer. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect product -and customer- experience! I will definitely be working with him in the future!
