4/23/25: The owner took the time to demonstrate to her two new employees and to me, how to troubleshoot my model of machine (I have the Brother PE 800). Before her teachable moment I was prepared to leave it for repair/tune up to the tune of $200.00 for my barely used machine. She could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but instead stood on integrity and quality customer service. Loyal customer gained!

Fabulous products and wonderful customer service. We recently purchased a Handi Quilter longarm here and have been beyond pleased with the customer service and training on how to use the machine. They also bring in special workshops for additional training. It’s a great shop and I look forward to visiting their other locations.

Belsy sold me a Brother Luminaire 2 with the 3 upgrade! She was amazing to work with so incredibly patient with all the questions my husband and I asked! She is always attentive and supportive. I asked for some sewing advice on a extremely quick turn around (less than 48 hours) project. She helped me in the store and even took the project home and finished it for me! If I could give 10 stars I would. Same for Jamie, 10 stars! I worked with Jamie before and absolutely love her! She is an extremely good teacher! She’s the reason I’m here! I literally followed her to this store! I have shown up nearly in tears because something wasn’t working out and she always stops and helps me! She’ and Kyle sat on the floor and helped me figure out why a pattern wasn’t fitting together! I can’t forget Sharon! She always friendly, helpful and accommodating! If you haven’t visited this store and worked with my friends there, you are missing out!

BELSIE was so kind to show us the store as they are setting up now, fabrics are coming in and a new name will be here soon. Can't wait to come back when we need some shirts done. Stop by and check them out!!!
