Therese is amazing. I've twice now had instances where I needed some last minute stuff done for work, and she not only delivered by creating the design quickly, but was able to get our clothing back to us by the deadline. Highly recommend her for not only her embroidery skills, but also her professionalism. Thank you again!!

I had such a good experience here! They were super nice and made sure that we were getting exactly the design we wanted. They were also very communicative - I emailed them and they got back immediately answering all my questions. I had a piece that I needed done quickly and they were super accommodating and got it back almost immediately.

I had the best experience with this shop. I’ll be returning for everything! The lead time was originally 1-2 weeks but the owner really did me a huge favor in speeding up my order when we found out our baby was coming weeks early. She was very polite, skilled, and the shop was comfortable with her beautiful dogs greeting customers. The work is impeccable, inexpensive, and quick. It’s one of the only shops in the area that takes in personal items to embroider.

I came in with a very late Christmas order. The owner was so polite. She took my info, ACTUALLY CALLED when she said she would and did my order one day before Christmas. Excellent customer service. The space is cute & tidy and her dogs are gorgeous. Definitely recommend & will be back!
