Amy and staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The store has a beautiful selection of fabrics, notions, and machines. She has classes that are so much fun. Check it out, you will be very pleased that you did.

I called to order a replacement cord to be shipped. I spoke with Laurie who was so helpful (bcoz I had no idea what I needed). She had me take a picture(she waited on the phone while I had to go to another room) and was going to even let me send the picture to her private cell. I got what I needed ordered and was off the phone within 11 mins. The BEST part is within 1-1/2 hrs I received an email saying it was shipped with a tracking #. (I didn’t expect it to be shipped till at least tomorrow or Wednesday or even longer!). Sorry for the long review but when you get GREAT customer service you have to appreciate it‼️ UPDATE: I had to call back and spoke with Agnes(oh my where did they get these two wonderful lady’s?) I have Never had such a GREAT experience with ANY customer service reps EVER‼️ I signed up for a class and CAN NOT wait to meet them and Amy also. I’m sure she has to be as awesome as well‼️ Thank You Laurie and Agnes❣️❣️❣️

Amazing staff they taught me. So much and their store will be there after the sale. They continue teaching and supporting you while you create. Thank you for your amazing help today and I will be back to buy that machine

I was so excited to find a sewing store doing in person classes again. My mother and I spent the morning learning how to make pillow cases. The class was very informative and we learned a few different techniques. Our class instructor was Laurie and her personality was fantastic. The shop is about an hour north of where I live and well worth the drive. I will definitely be coming back for more.

I love everything about this store. I have purchased all of my sewing and embroidery machines over the years at this business. Amy and her staff are exceptional at Customer Service. You can call or stop in with any questions about your machine or current project. They are always happy to assist. This type of support is priceless to me. The classes are educational and focused on skill building but most importantly are fun! You will enjoy your experience at this shop.
