One of the best customer service experiences I've had in retail. They return phone calls and genuinely care about customers. I ended up buying a coverstitch machine here after a bad experience at a different retailer.

I needed a power cord for my sewing machine and everybody was very helpful! Also helped me select needles appropriate for the fabric I'm working with. :)

Had a fantastic time even though it was short. All I knew was I needed a seam ripper and something to mark the fabric. The lovely old lady there showed us our options and what she liked. She was very lovely to chat with while there and over all the experience was really nice.

I'm an avid bagmaker from AL, in the area for a wedding, and thought it'd be fun to look around at the local sewing shops in the area. Got the vibe that my husband and I were being profiled as we looked around. They just kept staring at us, then came out and aggressively kept taking to us about all the stuff there even after we told them we were just checking out what they had. We have tattoos, piercings, in our early 30s, and I guess we just look like hoodlums to them and not passionate crafters. Even my husband, I'm teaching him to make bags and he's just as interested. I'm sure there are thing I could have used from there (I didn't even bother asking if they had any parts for sale, as I figured they'd be a place that would and I need a new tension spring for my vintage machine, just because they felt very unwelcoming).

I have only had great experiences with Denton Sewing Center. I bought a Baby Lock machine and had my Husqvarna serviced there. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I called in and spoke with Carol Ann. She was able to troubleshoot with me on an embroidery question. She knew exactly what I needed to do to move ahead with my project. Denton Sewing Center is an amazing small business that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or have their sewing machine(s) serviced.
