I was just in this shop. Out of the 5 people working there, not a single person welcomed me or asked me if they could help me find what I was looking for. One woman was glued to the computer, one was on her phone, one was watching the floor and two were engaged in a conversation with each other. Not finding what I needed or asked if I could use help, I left. This was my first time in and will probably be my last. Disappointed.

I don’t have the words to express how disappointed I was when I went to pick-up my new sewing machine and was told I had been quoted, by 2 individuals, the wrong price and they would not honor it. This has put an extremely sour taste in my mouth and could not imagine doing business with someone that doesn’t stand by their word. Additionally, they didn’t bother to contact me and let me drive into Anchorage to be told all this.

Excellent customer service a very good selection of all types of sewing material and knitting and sewing supplies and a great selection of all seasons material i.e. Christmas Halloween Valentines St. Patrick’s Day summer spring etc. And also a great selection of Alaska style sewing material with scenery Excellent customer service and looking for material for kids and Alaska material. The staff was phenomenal.

Wow, I brought my machine into town yesterday needing general maintenance and cure of a serious “clunk” while sewing. I expected it would take at least a week to repair. Got a call this morning - it was all ready to pick up! The price was as outlined when I brought her in AND, the clunk repair was less than $50. They even replaced a part on the foot pedal. I’m one happy lady. Thank you so very much. Dawn W.
