If you have a warranty on your Husqvarna Viking sewing machines don't take your machine to them. I have paperwork to prove it.Their main tech Bruce is not a certified technician for svp ( singer, Viking paff). Bruse will create more problems with your machine than what you took it in for. My mom took her Viking ruby 90 there just for a needle bar adjustment and timing, after a month Bruce calls and said that there were pinched wires ( he pinched the wires ) , so my mom had the wires ordered than 2 weeks later Bruce is calling saying that the motherboard or a baseboard was fried ( which he caused). So I called and talk to the owner John and he kept beating around the bush and he didn't know how to answer my questions. So we picked up the machine from them and took it to an actual Husqvarna Viking technician to work on it cost my mom $400 to get Bruce's problems fixed on top of the original problem. For people that can't read that includes the owner I did say In THE BEGINNING OF MY POST IF YOUR MACHINE IS UNDER WARRANTY. And to clarify the machine was just working fine until your technician pinched the wires ( if the wires were pinched before he did anything than why was the machine still working). Here is your problem you don't like it when someone has caught you in a lie and your out to rip people off. The board that was fried was by your technician only $200 not no $600-$700. You don't like it when someone leaves a bad review for your business, well guess what it happens.

Extremely disappointed with the service maintenance for both of my Babylock sewing machines. I actually live closer to retail location on Ray Road where I purchased both my Babylock Brilliant and Celebrate machines. Now when you enter this location it really depends on who is working on that particular day for custom service. I have always taken exceptional care of my sewing machines keeping them clean and always take them in once a year for an annual maintenance. When I bought both in I was told that in would be 4-6 weeks for service maintenance which is a standard maintenance time. It was my understanding that service maintenance department located at 35 Avenue is an authorized maintenance facility for Babylock Sewing Machines ( because this is what I was told) however when I called at 6 weeks to check on both of my machines a technician told me ~ ma’am I have over 400 machines sitting here it is going to be a while. I said goodness it seems like you may be a bit understaffed and overwhelmed. My Celebrate did come back I failed to check every single stitch that the machine is capable of sewing ( lesson learned) my serger was not even a year old and now it will not sew properly. I called several times to check on my Brilliant a technician actually had to google the Brilliant because he had never heard of it( I knew then that there was some serious problems) the next technician I spoke with blamed the pandemic ( seriously). My Brilliant sat there for 9 weeks untouched. I will now have to take my Celebrate somewhere else to be serviced. Yes I have learned some valuable lessons and I am very disappointed.

They have a wonderful selection of belts for your vacuum. Even if your vacuum is 23 years old, they will have the belt! They have great sewing classes and a wonderful selection of sewing machines and notions. However, their selection of fabric isn't so great if you're doing anything besides quilting. Quilting is their specialty! There is plenty of parking and the prices are reasonable as well.

While it does have a fairly wide selection of patterened fabric, it needs more solid colored ones. Also, they need more people to do the cutting. I only had one bolt, and there were two lines, with people having ten or more bolts to be cut. Lastly, they have practically no buttons, and the few they do have, are only black or white.

Overwhelming but organized shop. Has everything you need for quilting and your crafts. Has long arm services, long arm machine for you to try on and other machines to pet base and get services on.
