We previously used Arena Prints regularly, but our latest order resulted in multiple screens failing during the first production run and halting customer work. Arena acknowledged the issue and agreed to issue a refund once the screens were returned. We returned all six screens using their labels, but the refund remains outstanding and communication has largely stopped despite multiple follow-ups. What stands out most is the decline in communication and service. Responses became delayed, inconsistent, and ultimately non-existent while a basic refund remained unresolved. This experience reflects a significant deterioration in reliability and support compared to prior orders. Something has changed internally. We cannot recommend Arena Prints based on this experience, and have moved to Anthem Prints (significantly better service and product).

I’ve worked with Arena the past 2 years usually ordering very small quantities which I really appreciated because it was hard to find a no minimum order in Phoenix. Every order was completed quickly and pick up was always smooth. Even when there was mistakes Arena did their best to solve the issue. Unfortunately they updated their order minimums to now be 100+ which was disappointing. So they lost a customer in me but anyone who orders large quantities of t-shirts should definitely use their services

The print quality here is great! I have no complaints to say about their DTG printing. However, they messed up the quantities of shirts that I gave them. This issue isn't that serious to me, but there is definitely room for improvement. Finally, I wasn't told prior ordering that shirts that are brought in are not eligible for refunds in case of misprints.

We shopped around quite a bit to find a new provider of printed shirts and embroidered hats. Geoff spent a ton of time with us to make sure our project was designed just as we wanted, on time, and on budget. The quality was perfect and the final product came out exactly as we had envisioned. Customer service at Arena is also incredible as well as the level of communication from Geoff. Pricing was better than 7 other comparable companies in town. Usually you end up paying a premium for customer service and quality, but not at Arena. Just go here and stop looking around... they will meet your needs, no problem.
