This place is a hit or miss. Make sure you keep documentation of your orders. Update: Randall, one of the managers, reached out to me after seeing my original review—and honestly, I was blown away. This company truly cares about its customers. The owner had Randall contact me directly to understand what happened with my order, which I did not expect at all. Not only did they take the time to listen, but they also offered to redo everything at no cost. That says a lot about their character, their values, and how they stand behind their work. This turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They didn’t have to go the extra mile—but they did. From here on out, I’ll continue doing business with them and will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs printing services.
