We recently purchased a high-end Bernina sewing machine from this store and expected a professional, well-managed buying experience. Unfortunately, the process was consistently disorganized and ultimately disappointing from start to finish. Our initial order had to be corrected, which in itself was not a major concern. However, the delay in addressing that issue (approximately two weeks) created a cascade of problems that were never resolved appropriately. During that time, we had to follow up multiple times to understand the status of our order. As a result of the delay, we lost access to promotional offers that would have applied had the order been handled in a timely manner. We discussed both the original bundle we believed was included and a current promotion available at the time of correction, but neither was honored. At no point were we offered a resolution that reflected the delay and errors on the dealer’s side. The pickup experience was equally disappointing. We were rushed through a checklist with little explanation, and the original salesperson who handled our purchase did not engage with us at all. Instead, we were handed off to another staff member, which further contributed to the lack of continuity and accountability throughout the process. For a purchase at this level, we expected clear communication, follow-through, and a sense of care for the customer experience. That was not our experience here. We completed the purchase, but based on how this was handled, we will not be returning and will be working with a different Bernina dealer moving forward. ** Edit: Even after Marlina replied to this review she has yet to reach out to us in any way. I’d also like to note here we gave her every chance to make things right during the process. Bringing up the promotion we lost, even showing up in store, to which she spent more time trying to sell us on used furniture than ensuring our experience was a good one. We are following up with Bernina themselves as we know this is not the experience they want for their customers.

I have just purchased a Bernina from Bernina Connection. I am very pleased with the process. I have asked many questions, and they have answered every one quickly. I have found their answers 100% correct. That was when I decided to make my purchase. There was no pressure. They were so pleasant and made the whole process easy. There was no pressure.

Marlina and I worked on an over-sized custom, abstract piece of art. She was instrumental in the execution of this piece for my new house as my wife and I are avid art collectors. It was a difficult project, but Marlina and I had an absolute blast making it from concept to completion. Bernina Connection isn’t just quilts anymore. Happy holiday cheer to all and thank you once again, Marlina.

I really can't say enough about this place. My kiddo really wanted to learn how to sew and I signed her up for a kids beginner class. She had the best time and learned all the basics. We also went back for some additional instruction and help with a small project she needed help with and Ms. Diane was absolutely amazing She is so patient and attuned as she taught my kiddo. They have so many classes and everyone is incredibly friendly amd helpful. I'm thrilled to have found this place!

Two friends and I did a sewing class here last night and it was so fun! Everyone was on the same level of newbie and the instructor did a great job at explaining and helping us. We made cute tote bags and left with all the basic skills on working a machine. All three of us are talking about the next class we want to sign up for. Thank you for offering such a great, safe space to learn!
