The owners are have nice!!! I went in looking for a brim as a customer and came out feeling like family.

Went here to have memorial shirts made, worst customer service experience, mistakes made on my daughters shirt with her dad passing away and I called and asked for correction, person told me to text them I never got a reply or a shirt for the next morning, my niece did the pick up so we werent aware of the mistake until after but i called right away and was told I can pick up in the morning, was never texted or called back regarding the matter, this isn't my first time here and everyone tells me to stop giving them our business now I will! I had to rely on a whole different person to fix their mistake that same night! (Bring it in for what? I had made you aware it was needed for the following day at 11am! Our loved ones mass was that next morning as I had told you over the phone and you disregarded the matter!

They did a great job embroidering my work shirts. Had then done sooner than expected. Definitely come in for any embroidery needs. Will definitely come back.
