I am so so glad I stopped by this little shop that has been around since 1957. I was headed elsewhere but just happened to be passing by. I thought, “Why not? Let me see if they can assist me with my emergency!” And help they did! I needed a silk pillow case embroidered for my daughter’s gift to her new husband. I needed it done same day. Such a small order that other places flat out rejected me because it was only 1 piece. Phoenix Lettering not only did it same day the cost was what others were charging me just for expediting the order not including the actual order cost. I'm a few months late posting this, but we ordered my Son's varsity jacket from here and the experience was amazing! They took their time letting us choose exactly what we wanted, had him try on several different styles to make sure everything was fit and flattering, from sleeve length, circumference, waist length everything! They showed us all the different materials and even made him a very special, personal, custom patch! They mocked up a couple different designs, so we could make it just how we wanted it! They kept us updated via text, while the jacket was in production and it was ready faster than they quoted us. When we picked it up, we were WOW-ed! It's very beautiful, great quality, and heavy! I'm so beyond happy that we found and chose Phoenix lettering and didnt have to settle for those "other guys" who have awful reviews and have monopolized this particular market.

This family run local business has been around for generations. They can make your high school Letterman jacket completely custom. It was so fun helping my daughter design hers right there in the store. Highly recommend using this local business!

I am in shock how unprofessional they were about fixing my son's name on the jacket. it was a mistake they made and didn't offer any type of a discount. I asked for a certain font and style and it seem to be an issue for them. I just could not believe it seemed like we were a bother to get it how we want it after spending a lot of money. Our first experience was great but then when the jacket was done not a great experience. but I will say overall the jacket was nice and we were finally happy with it and how we wanted it. No need to respond thank you

My daughter and I had such a please experience ordering her jacket. The gentleman that helped us didn't make us feel rush. He had her try several styles and sizes to make sure we had the right jacket for her. Then it took us a long time to decide where we wanted the patches. He was kind and showed use patience. We LOVE the final product! The right sleeve represents who she is. The left sleeve represents what she does.
