Super Embroidery and Screenprinting

I have been a customer of Super Embroidery for over 7 years, and in that time I've placed at least 20-30 orders for a variety of different garments for my business. They embroider all of our uniforms, and have helped me design and make many different gifts for my team including embroidered hoodies, screen printed athletic wear, and direct-to-garment T-shirts. In the many experiences I've had with this company, I can't think of a single negative thing to say. The quality of their work is outstanding. The garments come out better than expected every single time. Additionally, Tasha, Amy, and everyone else I've worked with at Super Embroidery have always been incredibly kind and helpful. They often go above and beyond for me, especially when I wait till the last minute to place an order. They always get it done on time, even when it's my fault they have to rush. Never have they turned me away for a small order and I've placed several orders with a quantity

I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from this company. The owner, Mike, appeared to have no idea how to treat customers. I walked in to their shop and they said they don’t take orders in person and I need to email them for pricing etc so I emailed them. There were a few emails back and forth as obviously we needed to discuss the price, quality, quantity, sample, garments etc. once everything was finalized and I sent the final email asking them to proceed with the order I received this email from Mike “ I count at least 14 emails regarding this proposed order. This is far too many for 1 order. I don't think we should continue to go forward with this proposed order.Thank you and good luck.” I won’t say anything further, you judge if you ever want to deal with this place.

I use Mike and the team at Super Embroidery for anything we need embroidered or screen printed. We regularly order 500+ at a time and I've never been disappointed. They always work with my deadlines and understand what I'm asking for. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I can not say enough about this place! Jennifer S. Has been my contact there and she has just been pure amazing to me and my company. The quality of work is top of the line. If your looking for great workmanship, excellent communication, and great turnaround time go to Super Embroidery. I'm so excited to work with them on further projects.

I recently had a bad experience with super Embroidery Mainly a misunderstanding. Anna was very Professional and takes pride in her business. I appreciate the way she handles business. I said I would never come back but When the situation was taken care of. Once I picked up re done merchandise I dropped off more piece's for embroidery and screen printing. Thank you again Anna Your the best. Barbara Is great also once I dropped off my second set of pieces she was very patient with me.
