I had to order my shirt on a "speedy request." I was spending as much time as possible with my son... next thing I realize he is leaving on Monday. I initially contacted this shop for a patch job and were considering working with them long-term for future jersey orders. While I take responsibility for not asking for a quote up front, the experience was disappointing. The patch was a completely different material, visibly crooked, and when I pointed it out, there was no accountability — just a charge. I had spoken to the owner and understand he was out of town at the time, and a girl was watching the shop, so this isn't meant to speak badly about him personally. But if he wants to maintain a good reputation, he may want to reconsider who’s left in charge. Between the poor quality, lack of follow-up on a quote, and no ownership of the mistake, I can’t recommend them to other businesses.
