If I could give the customer service here 10 stars I would! I’d like to specially shoutout Daphne and August. I ordered a machine from here a few months ago and was sure an incident had caused major damage. Not only did they research multiple paths to getting it repaired, but Daphne had me send photos to August who promptly sent detailed directions for how I could fix it myself. It worked and I am over the moon! They saved me a tremendous amount of time and stress, all while being polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Can’t say enough good things and thank you again!

Today was my first time visiting the store. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Mary, the sales lady was knowledgeable and sweet! She put up with my husband’s shenanigans and kept him entertained. I enjoyed my time here and appreciated the info and instructions she shared with me. I left with a new sewing machine that I’m sew excited to start using! They said I’m welcome to return anytime for any hands on help I might need. I definitely recommend them whether you’re a beginner or advanced. I think they have something for everyone. The other customers were also fun and friendly and we got to give Cowboy the dog some love and attention.

I walked into Authorized Vac and Sew for the first time a year and a half ago. I’m so glad I found them! They have the largest selection of sewing and embroidery machines . They also have a great selection of fabric and other sewing/crafting notions. If you are new to all this, like I was, they have a very good educational program. Take their classes! Best of all, the service is amazing. If something goes wrong, you can count on them for a quick fix. You couldn’t ask for a nicer group of people. Wish I could give them more stars!

I ordered what I was told would be a factory refurbished Pfaff performance icon. What I got was a hastily shipped used machine that had been used for shows. There was no packing material in the throat area and the faceplate had popped open and the bobin was loose in the box. I am sure that was NOT factory refurbished. I haven't had time to see if it works properly, but I was rather shocked by it. It took way to long to get it also. Perhaps they were desperate. I got different stories from e-mails and phone calls about when it was going to be shipped. Kinda suspicious. The only good thing I can add is that the price was good. I am changing my rating based on their response to my concerns. They are bending over backwards to make it right by allowing me to return the current machine and they are shipping me another on. That is REAL customer service!!!

I would like the give a great big shoutout and thank you very much for the wonderful service work that was done to my longarm sewing machine. Thank you August for working on my machine. I made an appointment and they cleaned and serviced and fix a problem all in the same day. I live two hours away from AVS so good service is a big deal to me. A big thank you to my AVS family.
