My husband needed a same day embroidery job, and this place doesn’t typically do same day but Monica helped him make it happen! She got them done quickly and with a great price. They also looked perfect. We will be coming back to Monica for any embroidery needs!

This place is amazing! From a speedy response time to their emails, and even a faster time with hemming/alterations. I went in today, let them know I had some scrub pants that needed hemming, tried them on, she measured the length and NO JOKE, I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. The pants look great too!! I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future! Thank you!!

I had a great experience with this business. Monica was communicative, helpful, and provided a very fast turnaround. I came in with an idea for embroidery on my business polos, and she was willing to help refine the design and offer honest feedback. Even when the original concept was more elaborate, she guided me toward a cleaner and more professional result. I’m very happy with the final product and the quality of the embroidery. I rarely write reviews, but I truly felt compelled to for this experience. Even with very little time and only a general design idea from me, Monica went above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. She did an incredible job embroidering a gift I needed done quickly, and the final result was beautiful. Monica was so sweet, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. I only found this place through a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. It’s truly a hidden gem — a small hole-in-the-wall shop with the best customer service and stunning, high-quality stitching. You can tell how passionate and skilled Monica is in her craft. Her knowledge and kindness made me feel completely confident trusting her with my snow jacket.
