Tailor's Touch

I brought in a pair of pants that needed some repair, and I am so happy with the results. I walked in without an appointment expecting to drop them off and come back another day, but Tailor's Touch was able to help me right away, which saved me an extra trip. The staff was very friendly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The repair was done beautifully. Thank you for the fast, high-quality service!

This team of women are incredibly hardworking and professional. They have tailored multiple items for me from pants, cocktail dresses, and even my wedding dress. I used my translating app to communicate with them and the process went perfectly and on time.

Tailors Touch is absolutely spectacular! My daughter took her wedding dress in to have some alterations completed, they have been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Her dress should be done in the next couple weeks and we are so excited. Everything they have completed so far as turned out perfect. All of the seamstresses truly are designers as well. I took my 36 yr old wedding dress in To have it repurposed for my daughter versus sitting in a whole chest, not being used. They designed a bridal robe as a surprise for my daughter. My wedding dress had fit my daughter perfectly so they are currently designing an adorable rehearsal dress made from my dress as well. We saw the dress a couple days ago and it is absolutely perfect. Just a couple final adjustments and that will be ready to come with us as well. If you need any type of alterations completed, I highly recommend Tailors Touch! They do absolutely beautiful work with wedding dresses and I highly recommend. Note: I’ve included a picture of my wedding dress from 36 years And the beautiful bridal robe they’ve made for us so far. I had very high reviews of this place, but my experience with them was very disappointing. I brought my mom’s wedding dress into the shop to have it slightly altered so that I could wear it for my own wedding. The big alterations started in February, although my wedding was in April. I ended up getting the dress done the week before my wedding, but they had taken in the sides so much that I could barely zip it up, even though I had told them at the previous fitting that I *didn’t* want it taken in anymore. The brand new zipper started to pull apart because it was so strained, and the top was very transparent, although they had promised that it wouldn’t be the case. (I had to rush and get it fixed the week of my wedding by someone else, since I had no trust for them doing what I wanted them to at that point.) The whole time, I experienced a lot of pushback on my design (I like it simple and they didn’t agree), and there were multiple instances of them doing things to the dress without letting me know, or directly against what we had agreed on. I know people who had a great experience with them, but I am not one of them, sadly. (Edit: they sent me this email after I posted this review…)

A truly wonderful experience working with this team! I purchased my wedding dress in another state and brought it here for alterations and bustling. They did an amazing (and fast) job. They even steamed it again the week of my wedding, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely trust them with both delicate garments and everyday clothing!
