I needed a gift to get my boss for both his birthday and wedding. Upon finding an awesome piece online, I emailed to figure out if it would be able to be picked up the same day. Although Michael informed me that it takes a day to complete engravings and would have to arrive today on Tuesday, he Kept his word and BOY DID HE DELIVER. I used to work at Things Remembered around 10 years ago or more and engraved gift items myself, and I can confidently say from this one experience, that Timeless Treasures' pricing, engraving and delivery is SIGNIFICANTLY better. I wouldnt have expected an intricate engraving for the price it cost. Sincerely appreciate your help Michael, and I will be using your services for any future engravings.

Product arrived packaged well and by expected delivery date. Customer service was great and the communication with the owner prior to order was a plus. Only thing I would've change pertaining this order is the lid of the 20oz skinny tumbler. Alot of my customers like the sliding lid. Definitely not a deal breaker. Timeless Treasures USA has definitely gained a customer here in California.

This is my second time ordering from Timeless Treasures USA because I’m so happy with their products. They are the best! Not only did our order arrive in a couple days but the actual product exceeded our expectations. We ordered three glasses that all are amazing quality and beautifully designed. We will absolutely use them again, and I will recommend their services to anyone in need of a fabulous gift.

If negative stars could be given I would. The owners are not only dismissive, but don't understand basic cursive. A font learned in primary school. When requested for a return and change it was declined. Please do not do business with illiterate and incompetent people.

The people at Timeless Treasures USA are great people to work with! They took the time to walk me through my whole order process and took action to clarify any issues with my order.
