I ordered a Miele vacuum that was on sale from the store’s website - it was out of stock, but they honored the sale price and sent me an upgrade model! They also shipped super fast, for free. This is the kind of excellent customer service that seems so hard to find these days. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service and resource for all sewists. I have taken my Brother here for service for several years and they always do a terrific job. They restored a 1947 Singer for me and it’s amazing. And most recently, they helped me try out a juki tl-18, which has totally transformed my sewing. The price was very very fair and they didn’t pressure me to purchase or not. I did purchase it and I love it so much; I feel relieved knowing that if I can’t figure something out, they’re there to help me—not something I would be able to say about an online seller without a physical local location. We are so fortunate to have this store near us.

We've been doing business with Ken at Close to Home for many years. All of our Hunter Douglas window treatments are from them. Ken helped me pick out the right products for our home and installed them all. He's always been available if something needs fixing too. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. He was always on time and easy to work with. I had to run in to pick up a blind they fixed for us and noticed they sold vacuums too! I mentioned to Paul, the owner, that my vacuum was acting up. He graciously told me to bring it in and he would check it out. They ended up servicing it and it's working great now. When we're ready for a new Sebo, we'll get it there. Authentic customer service goes a long way these days, much appreciated, thank you Paul & Ken...

Purchased Hunter Douglas motorized sun screens for our new home 4+ years ago. Close to Home’s knowledgeable sales staff guided us through the design, option selection and ordering process. Their installation crew was neat and professional. Our 14 shade project was completed on time and fairly priced. A recent technical issue with one of the shades was diagnosed and resolved within days and covered under the 5-year product warranty. Really love the Hunter Douglas sun screens and the excellent service and support provided by the Close to Home team!

A hidden gem! I’m so pleased with my experience. I came here to get a second opinion about my new machine (that I purchased online) after a different shop told me it was “broken”. The team at Close to Home found that only adjustments needed to be made to get her embroidering and was in fact not broken. Thank you so much for your honesty and hard work, I look forward to coming back for all my sewing needs!
