Technically this is for the now closed silver spring location, but had a miele vacuum cleaner that needed repair. Took it to silver spring and was told they couldn't fix it and I should buy a new one and could let them throw out the non working one. Note that they no longer carry miele, despite pushing them as the best vacuum for years prior. Took it back and used it for a while with issues of it shutting off randomly until last week when I looked online and found a YouTube video that explained the problem in the handle. Fixed it myself in 5 minutes. Guessing they wanted to sell me a new vac and planned to fix up my 1000 vacuum and resell it as a used one. This company cannot be trusted.

Amazingly fast service, had my Singer sewing machine cleaned and tuned up in less than 24 hours. Took time to show me how to use my machine to get the best lifespan out of it. Also has a lot of cool old sewing machines and vacuums on display.
