What an awesome store. John was more than helpful. I took my vacuum in to be repaired. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed and John took the time to explain why. He also took time to look on the computer to see where I could get the part and gave me the product number I needed to order from Dyson. After I received the part I took it to John and he put the replacement part on the vacuum for me. When I asked him what I owed him, he said nothing. This gentleman took the time to help me wanting nothing in return. Thank you John for your help and great customer service. I wish more businesses could be like yours. Will highly recommend your store and services.

A great experience today. Being in need to sell my like-new sewing machine that had been in storage for quite some time, I thought I would have a professional look at it so I could offer it to a new home with confidence that it was in great shape. Kim was outstanding, even though she knew I was not there to buy a new machine. She and John both know their merchandise well and I won't hesitate going back when I am ready to buy. They have a great selection of quality merchandise.

I have a Pfaff sewing machine and it was not working properly. I was told that Tops, Seminole Blvd, Largo, provided excellent service and knowledge! I brought my sewing machine to their shop this morning, feeling discouraged that it may not be fixable! As soon as I walked into Tops, I met Kim! Not only was she a breath of fresh air, with her smile and sweet personality, she certainly knows her machines, within 30 minutes she had my sewing machine back in working order! Thank you, Kim, for fixing my machine and for your welcoming personality.

I wanted to try out an Arrow sewing chair to see if I found it to be comfortable. They didn't have one in stock, but John offered to get one from their Palm Harbor warehouse. After it was picked up, it still had to be put together. When it was ready, John gave me a call to come try it out. Turns out it wasn't the right fit for me. John (and Kim) were great about the entire process. It's such a cute chair, I'm sure it'll be sold in no time.

John was beyond helpful with my Dyson Stick Vacuum! It wasn’t sucking up anything as it was sputtering and lo and behold he knew the issue and fixed it immediately! On top of that he didn’t charge me. I’ll go back when any other issues arise. Thank you!
