Vassilis did a PHENOMENAL job on embroidering a gift for someone I had asked for on VERY quick turnaround time. He met me at his office outside of normal hours on two separate days to make sure I got what I needed very quickly. He was able to turn around the garment within 24 hours of me visiting the office, which was absolutely incredible and I could not be more happy with my service from Vassilis and team. I will absolutely be using him again!

Our company is based in Chicago, but we were in Miami producing a private event on Halloween weekend and needed last minute t-shirts printed for our staff. I called Dedalos right when they opened at 10am. Vassillis's friendly voice answered and he could not have been more accommodating. After a few quick emails back and forth to make sure the design's file format could be printed up to his standards, he assured me he could get the job done. Shortly after he sent me photos of the completed order and then went above and beyond by personally dropping the order off himself right at the delivery deadline we agreed to. The shirts turned out amazing (we even had several staff members comment on how impressed they were with the fit). We'll be doing more events in Miami and there's no question we'll be reaching back out to Vassillis and his team for any future apparel printing needs when we are in town. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
