Paid for priority shipping and that was a waste of money because order arrived a week after ordering. Priority mail w USPS usually takes 2-3 days and that was the sticker that was in the box. Disappointing and I missed having the gifts for the event I ordered for causing me to pay more money for items to have when I needed them.

If only I could give Betty’s Promos Plus 10 stars. My initial order was sent and delivered promptly. Like within days of ordering. Problem was… USPS in my area is questionable, often delivering to the wrong house. After receiving my delivery confirmation, I contacted BPP to let them know. They helped me file a claim and promptly replaced my lost order. Customer service reached via email AND text to let me know one item was no longer available in the color I ordered. They gave me options, replace with another color or refund. I chose the replacement because I really wanted this item for my daughter. BPP was able to get the replacement order to me in 3-4 days…. AMAZING and still using USPS. I can’t truly express how much I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service.

My hat was very small, like it was meant for a child and adult. The shirt came in with little spots or something stuck on shirt. I tried to wipe it off, but the shirt also had dirty areas like where it was folded/packed for shipping and a little around the neck as if someone handled with dirty hands, but the shirt and hat are both cute. The shirt is snug because it is 100% cotton, heavy cotton at that (by Fruit of the Loom) and this was not disclosed in description, otherwise I would have ordered 1 size up. Most t-shirts are made by Gildan or something equipment that isn’t really a man’s undershirt for a woman’s t-shirt. I took a chance because items were advertised so cute.
