Google Maps says it opens at 7:00 a.m., but it still wasn’t open at 7:15 a.m. I was hoping to buy something, so I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get in. Please correct this information.

I walked in this store and I asked a worker if they had any Dallas teams. He was on the phone, he put them on hold and he told me we dont have any Cowgirl stuff...I didnt want to feed into his negativity so I just left. I couldn't believe he got disrespectful and if I would have said something things could have went left. Instead I'll leave this note right here for the regular people that likes sports...dont walk into this store...or else some lame dude will provoke you over something he doesnt get paid for. I'm at an airport trying to get home. Unprofessional...save ya money. 1/17/2026 3:00pm

Huge shoutout to Joey who helped us when we were not even in the state! We purchased a couple of items in Orlando before we headed home and tried to return close to our home state and ran into some issues. We called Joey and he helped us step by step. Thank you so much❤️

Big Thanks to Peter for his Great Customer Service in helping me pick out some Very Awesome Hats with great designs along with some cool jerseys to go with made my experience at the store so great and smooth was very knowledgeable about all the products and suggested me about the loyalty program which benefits me. I will Definitely be making my way back to store when i have the chance on my next trip back to Orlando because of Peter helpful manner and great customer service he provided me with.
