If your hours state that you are open M-F from 9a-5p, I expect you to be open when I show up at 2:45p. This is elementary business management and you just lost business because of your failure to get this concept.

Called for a quote; the guy that answered the phone says "hello" and no company name, after I told him what looking for a quote, he was like, "sure"; nasty tone, very unfriendly, told him forget it and hung up. He definitely should never answer the phone if they want to grow their business
