Cynthia's Fine Fabrics has done it again! Everytime I come here for something I find exactly what I need with excellent customer service. My Mom has been a seamstress since the age of 18...she's now 86. She has a prized industrial sewing machine that needed repair. We took it to a repair shop near our house but were told they couldn't repair it and didn't know of anyone to refer us to. I jogged my memory and remembered Cynthia's and how awesome they were in assisting me when I was getting married and that they also do sewing machine repairs. We promptly took it there and was kindly assisted by Hank and told that if it could be fixed he could do it. We left and by the next day received a call that it was repaired! It was not only fixed, but cleaned, oiled and in perfect working order. Thank you so much Hank for your kindness, patience and expertise. If anyone needs an industrial/commercial sewing machine repair this is the place to go!

I have read the reviews of Cynthia's Fine Fabrics. Maybe Cynthia has her favorite people, but all I know I will never go back there. Took my sewing machine in and all I got was an attitude from Cynthia. Her brother who is the repairman is a little bit nicer, but still has an attitude. Cynthia is very rude and treats you like you are stupid. She was not too nice to her employee either. I felt bad for the employee and evidently she needs the job. They could offer to fix my sewing machines for free and I would NEVER use their "services" again.

Cynthia is a wealth of knowledge and very kind ! She took her time to help me discover some interesting information about my grandma's passed on sewing machine to my mom and now my niece or maybe not 😉 i will buy her a new one for Christmas! Hank , was also very kind and he did a tune up on my machine.. If you are in the market for a sewing machine definitely give this small business your support !
