This place brightens my smile. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I had trouble threading my Babylock serger for a safety 4 thread overlock. I received help from a very competent staff member. Made my day. Thank you sewwww much.

Took serger in for maintenance. Noted on work order that air threader made unusually loud noise. Picked up machine, took home, plugged in and made same exact noise. Drove back and dropped it off. A few days later they called and said they found a loose screw which caused noise. They NEVER read work order. They NEVER apologized. Each trip is 1 hour 15 minutes. I have bought 3 machines from them. Since I never received an apology, I will NEVER go back. Edit: they took knife off to sharpen and put it back on incorrectly. I had to take it off and realign it otherwise it would never cut correctly. Even more disappointed now.

Marian at Atlanta Sewing Center is my hero today! I was having software issues for embroidery, filled out a ticket with BERNINA—ASC was closed today so I emailed BERNINA, they contacted Marian—she called me on her day off— to walk me through my issue and get my software back up and running. I am SOOO APPRECIATIVE! I would give her more stars if I could!! THANK YOU!!

I was looking for a Bernina Sewing Machine. I found one they had on display but they said they didn't have any in stock at the store. They called another store in Augusta, GA who said they had one and I agreed to wait a week for delivery to Atlanta Sewing Center. I paid for my machine. I called weekly asking about the delivery and kept being told the other store hasn't sent it to their store yet. After a month of calling weekly, they finally told me the machine was in but I had to wait a day or two for their technician to go over the machine to ensure it was working properly. Again, I agreed to the wait. When I finally picked up the machine I found that the machine was in a re-taped box. I also noticed that the machine that was previously on display was not there anymore. I specifically asked if the machine they were giving me was the display and they said no. I asked several times. My gut was telling me otherwise. I get the machine home and looked it over. Yes, the machine was very clean as if it was never used. However, I did find a few things on the machine that gave me cause to believe otherwise. I have purchased many new machines over the years but never saw what I was seeing on new machines. On the lid of the machine was an existing sticker that was highlighting some of the features the machine does. On the back of the machine, I found a red dot with a number on it (possibly an inventory number?) See pictures. I would suggest if you buy a machine from them, pull it out of the box and inspect it before leaving their store. THEY LIED TO ME. They sold me a used for display machine and didn't even give me a discount. WRONG WRONG WRONG.
