Horrendous customer service. Hopefully you all look into the people that answer the phone and realize you’re losing business, because customers first interaction is everything. You’re better off calling the companies in SC and making the drive.

As Valedictorian of A.E. Beach's class of 2026, I was offered a free item from Sigma Graphics. After several months of no progress updates, they finally got back with us, only after we went to the building. We finally got some answers and I received a blanket. It was horrible. The print on the blanket was clearly AI generated and my picture was awful. It looked as if they had edited it way too much. My skin was orange/red, my locs looked like braids, my teeth were wonky, my eyes were spaced out. That was not my face at all!!! I will never be doing business with this company again!!

I have been in business 4 years. Sigma Graphics is def the goat in printing these transfers, getting orders correct, and providing great customer service. I appreciate having a local place to assist my business. I have tried others and almost lost hope. Thank you all for your diligence and constant upgrade of services. The Box Shop Unlimited! ❤️

Sigma Graphics deserves 10 stars! I placed a last-minute order while visiting from out of state. Not only did they accommodate my request by printing on a Saturday, which is outside their usual business hours, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I received my package. As a fellow business owner from a similar industry, I deeply appreciate their extraordinary support. Business owners supporting each other is a beautiful thing, and Sigma Graphics embodies this spirit perfectly. Kindness is truly a blessing, and I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. To anyone in Savannah, Georgia, I highly recommend Sigma Graphics—this is the place to go!

As long as you are okay attending events in your line jacket with white cloth on the collar, sure they're great. In my opinion, the craftsmanship is poor (especially if they ask you to pay over two hundred dollars for the job). How could you be proud of a product that looks like this? They are perfectly delighted with it, apparently. Must be the new undergrads that find this acceptable. It is easier to take advantage of them.
