I was not looking for a quilt store, but rather some fabric for a "marbeling" project I am working on, and Google suggested Quilt Crossing. I went in the wrong door which turned out to be this HUGE room with at least a dozen work areas setup where apparently they teach classes. I turned to my right and walked through the adjoining doors to the main room of their store and felt like Dorothy when she first opens the door to the house and leaves dusty old black and white Kansas behind for the tidal wave of color that is Munchkinland!! I was in total awe of this store, all the fabrics and colors and samples of patterns, and on top of the visual treat that is their store, it seemed everyone that works there absolutely LOVES what they do!! I truly was expecting them to break out into song. Visiting a quilt shop was not the intention today, but the serendipitous experience was an absolute delight!!

Tons of sample quilts and bags. Great assortment of cotton fabrics and threads. Precut options, wool crafting supplies and plenty of machine embroidery items too.

Found this quilt shop while doing a Quilt Shop Hop a few years ago. They had a quilt displayed with a pattern I couldn't live without. They ordered it for me and since then they have been one of my go to shops for patterns and fun finds. Great people and beautiful fabric and work.

I really enjoyed the Saturday Sampler class. I enjoyed learning about all of the new tools that are available and sharing my project with others. I could have heard less about how to set tension on Bernina sewing machines. Not everyone has one, nor do they have the issues that were covered on the machines that they do have. Knowing that Bernina's have those issues would make me never want to buy one, and the ten minutes used to explain how to fix those issues on the Bernina, did not help me at all. I actually could have been shopping.

Quilt Crossing is a joy to visit, with staff who are consistently helpful, cheerful, and genuinely enthusiastic about quilting. The store itself is large, bright, and packed with beautiful fabrics, patterns, and notions, so it is easy to get inspired the moment you walk in. The team goes out of its way to answer questions. They are knowledgeable about both fabric and Bernina machines, and their upbeat attitude makes even a quick errand feel like a fun outing. If you are a quilter in the Boise area, Quilt Crossing is absolutely worth a visit for both the selection and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Wow this quilt store has everything! And I mean any kind of needlework that you ever wanted to do or any kind of supplies. Prices are a little high. But the inventory is amazing!

I’ve gone quite a few times. They have a great selection of fabric. Tons of patterns and notions as well. They have a loyalty rewards program as well. I have not ever seen a sale but they do have a small clearance section and some skinny bolts that they offer discount if you buy the rest of the stuff on the bolt. The staff is always friendly and they have tons of classes.

It was my first time to go into this store. The First Lady was very sweet and told right would need to go over to the other side of the store to talk to them about guilting the back onto my front piece. The girl that worked there didn’t say anything at first and told s she would be with me in a minute. She then proceeded to fold cut fabrics and measure them until anyone lady who was there looking at a design book asked her a question and then she stopped folding and went over to help her never saying a word to me. So I decided to go to another won’t store that maybe I can get help. I wasted my trip and my gas coming here. I very seldom Do a review but I decided to this time.

My wife (the quilter) and I visited Quilt Crossing on the chance they'd have a coordinating fabric for a baby quilt project. The store has a great selection of fabrics and we found exactly what we needed. They have lots of beautiful completed quilts on display to stimulate your creative energy! We also bought some other fabrics for another project as well. Great people and great store!
