Quilt Addicts Anonymous

I ordered a pattern and followed all the directions. I did not receive my purchase. I emailed 3 times to the Help email for the site and only got a standard "we will get back to you asap". Well, that didn't happen. Tried phoning and only rang with no answer. Not sure I should give this any stars, but I did.

I'm here and there's no store here. It shows open but there's no shop.

I placed an order on their website on Jan 24, 2024 and after nearly a month went by the order was still not shipped. I reached out via email requesting an update on my order and had not received an update after 3 business days so I reached out again and still no response. I am a bit upset as payment was taken for this order and it has now been over a month and I have gotten nothing. I also tried calling the phone # on the invoice but when calling it says it is out of service.

Just finished my first Tshirt quilt using your beginner tutorial. The continuous binding tutorial helped me just put the finishing touches on it! I have not quilted in over 10 years , I can't thank you enough for making the time for these tutorials! You are an amazing teacher! My niece will loooveee this quilt for her upcoming grad gift! Thanks again you rock!

I ordered online and the fabric is perfect! I received my order faster than I expected and it was packaged nicely. I am looking forward to doing future business with this shop! The online tutorials are awesome too! Thank you Quilt Addicts Anonymous!
