I wanted a t-shirt quilt made out of my Harley Davidson shirts that I rode to and collected from 25 different states. I couldn't find any body close to where I live that could do it,so I looked online and found alot of places that would do it. Most of the places wanted me to send them the shirts and they would make me a quilt. That's not what I wanted to do, so I looked online again and I found Home Sewn Quilts. I saw some of the quilts online that were finished and I really like the craftsmanship of the quilts. Then I saw that they were only an hour away from me. I decided to give them a call and meet with them with my shirts and my idea on my quilt. She made my quilt of t-shirts exactly how I imagined it, and kept in contact with me through the whole process....I'm very impressed with how everything turned out and I would highly recommend Home Sewn Quilts to anybody who has something like this that needs to be done......

I contacted Debbie, regarding making memory quilts from my sweet Aunt’s shirts. Debbie was the first local quilt maker that I called, I was just wanting to gather quotes. She got back with me immediately and started the ball rolling with not only listening to my ideas, but adding to them. We had great chemistry, and I knew she would do exactly what I wanted, even if I couldn’t convey everything I wanted from her. We agreed to get started and I had total faith and confidence in Debbie, and I felt her prices were extremely fair. Within a week or so (because she did have other projects before mine), she contacted me and showed me the pieced together quilts for my approval. I was blown away to say the least. The first order was for 3 oversized laps and 1 queens with shams. Debbie had that order done in such a short period of time, I thought she had a hidden team of people she works with, but no, it’s just Debbie. When someone loves what they do like she does, you just can’t go wrong with hiring her for your most precious memories. Since the first order of 4 quilts, we have ordered another queen with shams and 4 more oversized laps. We would order more, but my Aunt only had so many shirts. The next project I’m going to start on with Debbie is a couple of T-shirt quilts, I’m so excited! I’ll post a review of those when I get them done.
