Quilt Keepsake

I should have written this review months ago. My mother passed away earlier this year, and I decided to use her clothes for a quilt and a pillow. I felt nervous about sending such precious items to a stranger, but from the beginning of the process, Karl Mae has treated me like a part of the family. She was flexible, kind, and compassionate. One of the things that stood out to me the most was she asked me her to tell her about mom. She said it would help her to make the quilt. I’ve never known a service provider to take such a special interest in a client, and I can see the difference it made in the products. I couldn’t stop crying when I received the pieces. They’re beautiful, and I know my mom would have loved them. Karla Mae takes great pride in her work, and it was important to her to know how I felt about the items. I hate that such a tragedy brought us together, but I feel grateful to know her. Her work is making my grieving process a little easier, and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend her!

As I shared with you Karla Mae, my dear wife was a quilt maker when she was able in days long past. She would be so proud of you for what you have created with her things. It is like your souls touched. I am forever grateful to you.

I received my Quilt yesterday and its beautiful. It is a memorial quilt for my son who passed away in 2020 at 32 years old. Made out of his shirts! I’ll cherish forever. I’m going to have another one made from his hunting clothes. Karla Mae was so kind and asked questions that would make my quilt personal to my family. Highly recommend this family company.

We ordered several memorial quilts to mark the 10th anniversary of our daughter's passing. I could not be happier with the results or the amazing service. Karla was a gem. She worked with us every step of the way, making suggestions and assisting us with picking out colors. I had been concerned that it might not be finished in time because we got the pieces in the mail to them right at Christmas, but again, I need not have worried.
