This is definitely a quilters sweet spot. However, even sewists like myself, can find fabric for apparel. Its a bit on the pricey side, more expensive than Michael's, but still doable.

With other fabric stores closing, I've been to Picket Fence a few times. They have quality fabric, and their staff have been very helpful and attentive.

This quilt shop is small but wonderful! Nice fabrics and nice employees. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I go there often. They have quality cotton fabrics, minky fabric, patterns, tools for sewing, classes, and they will quilt your quilt!

Love this quilt shop! I took their Quilting I and II class, I learned so much from the instructor Wilma! Great selection of fabric and notions. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help out with my quilting projects.
