The place was nice . Variety to choose. I bought one item and was surprised I got charged 9 times and went back inside their store to ask for assistance and asked what happened and why I got charged many times for the item? Basically told me he can't do anything and just call my bank. I got a lot of explaining and waited to get refunded. Customer service I say is not that great. He could have just fixed my issue since it was not that long I bought the item not even an hour.

The employee was complaining about a customer to another employee, basically saying this lady was not happy with her embroidery you could tell he was upset and venting, I asked him a question about a hat and he looked annoyed I would even ask him anything then basically dismissed me So I got my hat from another store. I understand working with the public can be rough but don't take it out on the nice customers and talk so badly about customers in ear shot of everyone else. Did not pass the vibe check

Don’t go here for embroidery. The machine they have does absolutely horrible. I won’t blame the employees but I would have been embarrassed to hand me the final product. For such a large company, their machines should produce much better quality. I brought in my own hats because they didn’t have what I needed. Paid $60 to have 2 hats embroidered and they look like this. Ridiculous. For comparison, the 3rd photo was done somewhere else.

The guy who runs the place is an excellent guy! I've always felt like I was being taken care of in the best sort of way here. If you're in the market for a new hat this is the place to go. They also do embroidery at a very good price.

I would post a zero star but I don't think you can. I went in with my two sons today Saturday May 6 2017 at 1:15pm. There was one other shopper and two workers. I tried to acknowledge both workers but was completely ignored. One had headphones in. My sons picked out a hat each and I was going to buy one or two myself. I had one question to ask. I made eye contact with one of the workers she looked at me and turned around and walked away. The two workers stood behind the stitching machine talking. I had my sons put the hats back and we left. I stopped in the door and told my sons I'm sorry, I was going to buy those but we were completely ignored. The two workers were no more than two feet away. They both turned and walked to the back of the store still ignoring us completely. I will shop at other Lids but never the one in my hometown again, and I buy 5-8 hats a year for me a couple a year for my boys. One of the worst customer service experiences ever.
