I love this place! The staff there are both awesome! Love them like family! I've purchased 3 baby lock machines from them and im omw there now to buy my 4th. I wouldn't buy a baby lock from anywhere else...they're great people and I want to give them all my business. You will be happy with their service! Great people!!

Went above all expectations. Helped me find the best machine for me in my price range. Answered all my questions and concerns. I'm loving my new machine and have confidence if I have any issues that they will be solved promptly. So happy I bought local and can go to the shop for service fabric and all my sewing needs. 🏍🏍🏍

Just called to see if appointment was needed to get my New Babylock Jazz 2 looked at. No appointment necessary, but explained to David that I just bought couple of weeks ago, still under warranty. Did not buy from them. They did not have in stock. Bought through Sewingmachinesplus.com they had in stock at great price. David told me since I bought from large internet company they get machines before they do. They could not look at my machine. I've bought machines from them in the past, plus parts, service, and other. I go out of my way to go to their store. But not any more. It's ashame they are Babylock reps.

This was my first time in a "sewing shop" -- and could not of been more impressed! Staff was very knowledgeable, and genuine! Keep up the great work!!

Could not have been more pleased with the staff and service. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in even though both sales people were with clients. I brought my daughter's sewing machine in to have it repaired and serviced. Not only was the machine ready when promised, but they showed my daughter the proper way to load the bottom bobbin and correctly load the needle. Thanks for the personal service.
