Extremely quick and easy. Magic Stitch was very reaponsive and produced high quality work! My only gripe is they only take zelle or cash but otherwise fantastic.

The owner is incredible. His staff including the girls responding to emails are prompt and provide the best customer service I have had for embroidery. The helped my department embroider several fleece jackets with Johns Hopkins logos. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Baltimore area.

My company use's this company all the time for monograms. This was my first trip to this company. They are the best there is!! We love them.
